Ningbo Merlin Plastic Mold Making Co., Ltd. (Yuyao Shunshen Electric Plastic Mold Co., Ltd.), which is located in Yuyao, is a China-American joint venture enterprise. We cooperated with Hunan University in founding the Graduate School of Mold & Die. Some plastic injection molds, which we ourselves designed and built, are evaluated to have reached international level by the experts group of China Mold & Die Association.
Our company covers an area of 20,000 square meters. We also have 18,000 square meters' standard factory buildings. We have obtained the certifications of GB/T 19001:2000 and ISO9001:2000 for our dies and molds, and have had import and export license to engage in foreign trade business independently. At present, we are applying for the TS16949 certification.
Our company has CAD/CAE/CAM systems and software, high speed CNC and EDM machines, 25T lifters, and 15T~2600T injection machines. Moreover, we also have assembly workshops for assembling all plastic parts, hypersonic and hi-cycle plastic sealing machines and other equipment. Our company has great ability to manufacture large-size, precision molds and supply complete services to customers from products configuration design to parts running. Meanwhile, we also have automatic equipment to make lead bushings, which was imported from the USA, specially used for producing battery bushings.
Our company designs and develops the products as follows: PDP&LCD shells, ammeter boxes, children products, pet products, and accessories for computer use, plastic traffic cones and battery lead bushings.
